To best position their broad lineup of projects throughout the year, Tillamook creates a seasonal roadmap that spans everything from holiday baking to summer barbecues. From there I take the driver’s seat, writing ads, packaging copy, and menu descriptions. I even got to name one of their limited-edition ice cream flavors. (Campfire S’mores, anyone?)
